Entry Requirements
1. Under the age of 25, senior high school graduation or with equivalent qualification of 12-year education background. Mathematics, physics and chemistry with 60 of total marks results are necessary for engineering degree courses.
2. English competence certificates:
-Applicants from countries where English is the official language are exempt from proof of English language proficiency.
-The applicants that use English as the language of instruction at high school, may use the language certificate issued by the high school.
-If the applicant does not meet any of above criteria, then IELTS or TOFELresult is preferred.
-If the applicant cannot provide any English competence certificate mentioned above, SAU will evaluate the applicant's English level by checking the English self-introduction video and English result on the transcript.

1. Teaching Objective

- The students are trained with the basic theory of professionals in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering, mechanics, microelectronics, technology of power electronics, computer technology, basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical integration;

5. College of Mechanical Electrical Engineering
Editor Notes: The College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering boasts strong teaching ability and featured disciplines.
- College of Mechanical Electrical Engineering is one of the first professional Schools for training a large number of National Aviation Industry professionals and technical personnel, which made great contributions to the development of National defense engineering.
- The school has two master's degrees of machinery manufacturing and automation, mechanical design and theory (key supporting discipline of Liaoning Province), master of mechanical engineering and two levels of undergraduate degrees.
6. Facilities
Editor Notes: SAU owns a number of advanced labs and research centres.
The Key Laboratory of Experimental Center has a number of advanced equipments, including vertical machining center, precision EDM Machine, YAG laser processing machines, precision EDM, rapid prototyping machines and 10 sets high-level equipments.
There are two key provincial laborites which can provide students more opportunities and facilities to make research in the colleague.
1) Electromechanical transmission and control lab
This lab is equipped with five electromechanical transmission and control test beds typed with RTJLN-4 which offers students to take tests here.
2) PLC lab
This lab is equipped with twenty-five comprehensive test equipments type with SAC-PLC/51 and two OU PENG 3D progress test-beds and two OU PENG 3D test beds which can simulate industrial environment.
